Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker’s ‘Blaze’ Restaurant Temporarily Closes After Staff Member Shoots Co-Worker
An incident at Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s restaurant recently forced them temporarily close their doors.
According to reports, the Real Housewives of Atlanta stars’ Blaze eating establishment is the scene of investigation after one co-worker shot another in the arm. Reports state two of the eateries employees engaged in a verbal altercation before one unnamed team member pulled out a gun and opened fire. Police say the shooter fled the scene prior to their arrival.

Details surrounding the shooting are still emerging, however it seems the incident took place sometime yesterday evening (September 7th). Reportedly, there were no serious injuries – though reports state the unidentified victim was transported to the hospital to be treated. Burruss & Tucker announced the opening of their steak and seafood restaurant back in 2020, naming it after the pairs youngest daughter welcomed via surrogate, Blaze Tucker.

At this time, neither the RHOA vet nor her entrepreneurial husband have addressed the situation publicly. However the Blaze official instagram page announced a temporary closure earlier today (September 8th) citing “staff training”. The restaurant is set to resume operations tomorrow (September 9th).

Police ask that anyone with knowledge of the incident contact South Fulton Police Department.
