50 Cent – Doctor Being Sued By Rapper Over ‘Penis Enhancement Ad’ Responds To Lawsuit, Claims He Knowingly Received Free Services In Exchange For The Photo

The plastic surgeon being sued by entertainment mogul 50 Cent has issued a response to his lawsuit.

As previously reported, Curtis ‘50 Cent‘ Jackson, filed a federal suit against Dr. Angela Kogan, who he claims used a fan photo to promote her penis enhancement service. According to a report from RadarOnline, Dr. Kogan has since responded, stating that the rap star agreed to receive free services with her in exchange for the photo in-question. Kogan also confirmed that the musician in-fact did not receive any genital surgery.

Kogan, who has been pictured giving thanks to celebs such as Cardi B, Dr. Dre, and Tyga for doing business with her company Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, posted her signature peace sign photo with 50 back in February of 2020.

It seems the Power producer wasn’t too happy with the photo, claiming in the suit that Kogan made it appear he had a penis enhancement operation and used it without his consent. 50 vehemently refuted claims of having any genital procedure done, and reportedly wants to ban Kogan from further use of the image. Vivica A. Fox, who formerly dated the rap artist, confirmed with her whole chest that her famous ex is well endowed, and would not need to undergo any surgery to beef up down under. She stated:

“Angela, you lying…..If that’s the one thing I know that’s true, he didn’t have to get no enhancement. He good!”

Now, Dr. Kogan has reportedly hired her own lawyers to combat the lawsuit. The surgeon claims that 50 agreed to take a photo with her in exchange for free service, though she did add it was not penis enhancement surgery the rap star received. Kogan’s lawyer released a statement, writing:

“Our clients did not take a single action to cause any damage to Mr. Jackson’s professional or personal reputation and will vigorously defend against the frivolous claims that have been publicly filed against them and their thriving business….Ms. Kogan merely thanked Mr. Jackson for stopping by Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa with social media posts published in February 2020.”

And continued:

“Mr. Jackson was aware of the posts. He understood that he received the benefit of services from Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in exchange for taking the photograph with Ms. Kogan and providing Ms. Kogan and her business with the right to publish what was captured.”

At this time the lawsuit it reportedly still ongoing.
