Yung Joc Mistakenly Sends Random Person Nearly $2,000 Via Zelle, Rapper Urges Fans To Call The Person To Help Get His Money Back

Seems like someone is taking Yung Joc’s mistake as a blessing from God.

The rapper-turned-radio host accidentally sent $1,800 to a random person and is having a hard time getting his funds back.

On Wednesday (Oct. 19), Yung Joc took to Instagram to share what had taken place. In the post, the “It’s Goin’ Down” rapper posted a screenshot of texts he sent the person pleading with them to return his money.

Yung Joc’s first text said:

“Hi can you please return the $1,800 that I mistakenly sent to your account via Zelle. I don’t know you nor do you know me…Please do the right thing…God has a bigger blessing for you.”

With no response, Joc decided to send a second message asking yet again for his money to be returned to him.

“I know you’ve blocked my number and that’s OK I just need the $1800 that was sent your account via Zelle.”

The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star then asked for his fans to get involved and see if they can assist him in getting his money back. Pleading with his fans, Yung Joc captioned the post,

“So I sent them a Zelle by mistake and they won’t return my money…. can y’all please call/text them and ask them to return my lil change?”

It appears some of Joc’s fans actually pitched in to try and help the rapper retrieve his coins.

One Instagram user commented,

“I called them and they hung up in my face but they did have kids in the background so idk but I did try.”

While some sympathized, others urged Yung Joc to just let it go and take the loss.

Another person wrote,

“Ohh I know he ain’t went to IG for some help. Sir, at this point it’s God’s blessing to whomever you sent it to. Take this as a loss and a blessing.”
