Barack Obama – Noose Discovered At Chicago Presidential Center, Construction Delayed Due To ‘An Act Of Hate’

A noose was left in the area of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.

Disturbing reports reveal that construction at the Presidential Center, which is expected to open in three years, has been put on pause due to someone leaving a noose at the site. Lakeside Alliance — the group supervising the construction of the center’s future library, activity center, plaza, museum, etc. — says everything was put to a stop after,

“an act of hate was discovered at the project site.”

The group is composed of four minority-owned firms and is offering a reward of $100,000 to help find the culprit.

The Obama Foundation — a Chicago-based non-profit organization founded in 2014 — labeled the incident “shameless” and an “act of cowardice and hate designed to get attention and divide us.”

Sources state that a Chicago police department officer was spotted leaving the site on Thursday (Nov. 10) with a plastic bag containing the rope. The state’s mayor, Lori Lightfoot, says “racism and racist symbols have no place in Chicago.” Condemning the incident, J.B. Pritzker says he’ll be sure Illinois  “will make all needed resources available to help catch the perpetrators.”
