NeNe Leakes’ Boyfriend Files To Divorce Wife Who Sued The Reality Star For Being A ‘Homewrecker’

NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend is ready to move on from his estranged marriage.

The “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star’s boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, has reportedly filed to divorce Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh. As previously reported, earlier this year Nyonisela Sioh’s soon-to-be-ex-wife sued NeNe Leakes for entering into a relationship with her boyfriend while he was still married.

 Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh alleged Nyonisela Sioh’s affair caused her to suffer from emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of affection. The lawsuit was filed in North Carolina where adultery is considered a misdemeanor. Tehmeh-Sioh is seeking around $100,000 in damages.

In the recent divorce documents, Nyonisela notes he’s been married to Tehmeh-Sioh since 2016 and they share a child together. Their date of separation has been cited as Sept. 19 of last year. The fashion designer claims they lived in separate homes and haven’t resumed their relationship since then. In a previous interview, NeNe Leakes was asked how she felt about the lawsuit against her that labeled her as a “homewrecker.” The 54-year-old responded:

“ I don’t feel anything.”

Leakes continued:

“No, ‘cause I feel like it’s their business and not mine, right? And I feel like I was dragged into something that is just not my business. They have their own legal thing that’s going on.”

The reality star added:

“I shouldn’t be brought into it, that’s all. So, I really have no feelings about it. I really think that it’s something that Nyonisela has to handle himself.”

Nyonisela also suggested in the filing that there wasn’t an overlap between his separation from his estranged wife to his relationship with Leakes. 

Back in June, Leakes took to Instagram Live to address the rumors of her “stealing someone’s husband.” She said:

“And I really mean that from the bottom of my heart. It’s a lot going on in the world. I’m already out here “husband stealing” And it’s just too much and ain’t nobody out here stealing husbands. Are they?”

She added:

“I would never. It’s a lot of single people out here. I saw a lot of single people in the building last night. Nobody wanna steal nobody else’s problems, okay?”

Leakes and her boyfriend seemed to be living their best life together despite the drama in their love triangle. Today (Nov. 15), Leakes took to her Instagram story to share a video of her sitting beside her man at a New York Broadway show. In a caption she wrote:

“Date Nite In NYC. Ain’t No Mo on Broadway.”
