While performing at Juicy Fest in Australia, Nelly exhibited some odd behavior that caught the attention of concertgoers and fans on social media. In the video, Nelly is seen smiling and (uncontrollably) rolling his eyes throughout his performance. Many fans are now speculating that the rapper may have been high.
