It looks like Lil Wayne fans are not happy.
According to fans, tickets for Lil Wayne‘s upcoming tour sold out in just five minutes. The tickets went on sale Friday (Feb.3) and from the looks of it, fans didn’t stand a chance.
The New Orleans rapper is currently trending on Twitter, leaving fans heartbroken that they were unable to snag tickets to his highly anticipated tour.
One fan wrote,
“Waited in the queue for lil Wayne tickets for 20 mins just for it to sell out in 2 smfh”
Another fan said,
“Lil Wayne tickets sold out in minutes I knew it was over when it was 202 people in front of me”

Lil Wayne began his music career at the age of 12 when rapper and mentor Birdman signed him to Cash Money Records, making him the youngest artist on the label. To date, he’s released 13 studio albums, one collaborative album, three compilation albums, and 29 mixtapes.

In 2012, Lil Wayne became the first male artist to surpass the late Elvis Presley with the most entries on the Billboard Hot 100.
