Reportedly, Michael B. Jordan, 36, spoke about his Calvin Klein shoot during a press appearance for his forthcoming directorial debut film “Creed 3.”  Jordan shared he considered the interaction he’d eventually have with his mother – who attended the movie premiere along with several other family members – about the pictures. He said:

“I was like, my mama gon’ have to see this. Let me call her and be like, ‘I’m sorry. It’s out here…My business all out in the streets — literally.”

Additionally, “The Black Panther” alum reflected on his directing debut aligning with such a significant opportunity to shoot with famed photographers for a huge campaign. He added:

“This was like, a moment, you know? Just to have everything come together at one time, it feels great…And to be able to share that moment with my other actors, who are having a moment of their own as well, it just feels special. It feels like everything is happening at the right time.”

Jordan recently made headlines for another “Creed 3” red carpet moment, where he shared a tense exchange with an interviewer. Seemingly, Jordan believed “The Morning Hustle” radio host Lore’l – who attended high school with Jordan, referred to him as corny on air, and took the moment to address the statement. However, Lore’l denied Jordan’s accusations, eventually sharing footage of the alleged conversation where her co-host actually made the reference.

“Creed3 ” is set to premiere on March 3rd.
