As previously reported, the Houston rapper has been keeping a low profile following the sentencing of Tory Lanez, 30. Late last year the Canadian native was found guilty of three felonies — assault with a semiautomatic firearm, vehicle possession of a loaded, unregistered firearm, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence — for shooting Megan during an incident that occurred in 2020.
If his legal team is unsuccessful in the filed appeal, Tory Lanez, born Daystar Peterson, will face up to 22 years in prison and possible deportation. The convicted rapper is set to be sentenced on April 10.

In addition to new music, Megan, born Megan Pete, is seemingly getting back to business as she’s scheduled to perform at the AT&T Block Party on March 31 – stamping her first show of the year. As previously reported, the “WAP” rapper addressed her show comeback and said:
“There’s no place I’d rather be for my first performance of the year than my hometown of Houston. The AT&T Block Party Concert is gonna be such a vibe, and I can’t wait to get back on stage in the city where it all began. I’m looking forward to seeing my Hotties and putting on an unforgettable show for them.”
