Kim Kardashian – Software Developer Launches Website Dedicated To Exposing Reality Star Who He Claims Stole His Concept For ‘Kimoji’ & ‘Ruined’ His Life
One entrepreneur is putting up a fight for his (alleged) rights!
David Liebensohn — a software developer — is going viral after sharing his story about how he allegedly had his idea stolen by reality TV stars Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
In a series of videos posted across TikTok and Instagram, David Liebensohn refers to himself as a “once successful business owner now sleeping in my car.” According to the entrepreneur, his life went downhill after working with Kim Kardashian, 42, and momager Kris Jenner, 67.
Allegedly, Liebensohn was sought out by the mother-daughter duo around 2014 to help them develop an app for Kim’s brand. Subsequently, Liebensohn says he pitched the idea for Kimoji and showed the socialites some concept art. Kim and Kris supposedly loved the idea and made a verbal agreement with Liebensohn to move forward, which he claims to have proof of. As he celebrated the life-changing moment with his family, however, Liebensohn says Kim and Kris trademarked the app behind his back, leaving him off the paperwork and with no ties to the money earned.
After suing the reality star for $100 million, Liebensohn says Kim countersued for $300 million. The amount was too much for him to face, forcing him to drop his suit. Still, Liebensohn says he’s now indebted to Kim and Kris for $400,000 due to legal fees incurred during their legal battle. Despite previous attempts to bring coverage to his story in hopes of getting his life back on track, it seems Liebensohn has had little success until now.

In recent days the story has reportedly caught fire on TikTok. Several of his videos have been viewed over a million times, and the entrepreneur has been invited on different podcasts to tell his tale. Liebensohn has additionally launched the site kimkardashianruinedmylife.com, where he claims to have lost his wife and business, and is now forced to work 2 jobs in order to pay back the debt.
