Saweetie Recalls Spending Her First $10K Performance Check On A Boob Job

Saweetie didn’t use her first big check to get “iced out.”

Interviewers caught up with Saweetie backstage at Coachella over the weekend, where she was asked if she remembered the first time she ever took the stage. Saweetie – real name Diamonté Quiava Valentin Harper – said:

“My first show was in Turkey. Istanbul.”

The 29-year-old recalled getting $10,000 to perform her debut commercial single:

“They paid me 10 bands to perform ‘Icy Girl.’”

She reiterated:

“Just one song. 10 bands.”

Saweetie admitted she was super nervous during her first performance but once the show was over she spent her first performance paycheck on “some boobs.”

Saweetie seemingly had a good time at Coachella after she was spotted being boo’d up with rapper YG. The alleged new couple made headlines over the weekend after they were seen getting cozy at the festival.

As previously reported, festivalgoers were hype when Saweetie joined fellow rapper Latto for a surprise performance. The ladies performed the Atlanta native’s song “B*tch From Da Souf (Remix)” which features Saweetie and Trina. YG – real name Keenon Jackson, 33 – reportedly was all smiles as he jammed out during his alleged boo’s performance.

The alleged new couple has seemingly been putting in more effort into their careers than their love lives as of lately. As previously reported, after Saweetie’s public break up from Quavo back in 2021, the West Coast artist was briefly rumored to be dating Lil Baby. However, their situationship abruptly ended after she posted a faceless pic, seemingly sitting on the lap of the Atlanta rapper.

YG has a reputation of keeping his love life private. Since his brief romance and breakup with R&B singer Kehlani back in 2019, the 33-year-old hasn’t not gone public with anyone. Kehlani later opened up about their breakup accusing YG of lying and deceit, despite being in an open relationship. The former couple was only public a few months before they split.
