R. Kelly — Woman Who Accuses Singer Of Giving Her Herpes Wants Him To Hand Over Medical & Financial Records

R. Kelly may be compelled to hand over his medical information if one of his accusers has her way.

Faith Rodgers, who filed a lawsuit against the imprisoned musician in 2018 alleging that he failed to disclose a sexually transmitted disease before having intercourse with her, is requesting that he hands over his medical records. Rodgers requested a judge’s assistance in obtaining the information, according to RadarOnline.

Rodgers said in her lawsuit that she got herpes from R. Kelly (real name Robert Kelly).

Now, the victim wants R. Kelly to provide answers under oath regarding how they first met and how frequently they had sex. She’s also seeking a list of all the financial institutions where he has accounts.

In addition, she wants the musician to compile a record of all the credit cards he used between 2017 and 2019. The victim’s list of demands doesn’t end there. She wants Kelly to reveal all of the identities of any medical providers he used, and list any hospital or clinic where he received treatment between January 2017 and January 2019.

She also wants Kelly to acknowledge the fact that he did not disclose his STD to her before they engaged in sexual activity and that he coerced her into having sex with him against her will.

Rodger‘s lawsuit claims she crossed paths with Kelly after one of his concerts in Texas in 2017. She had just turned 19 years old.

The victim asserted that the embattled R&B singer flew her to New York for another event a few months later, where he forcibly touched her in a hotel room.

Rodgers alleges that Kelly started “unwanted sexual contact,” including “abusive sex.” She claims that the one-year relationship was filled with verbal and sexual abuse.

According to Rodgers, Kelly kept her tied up in rooms and had a female staffer keep an eye on her to make sure she didn’t escape.

Rodgers says in her lawsuit that she got herpes from Kelly. Unspecified damages for sexual battery and false detention are sought in the claim.
