Kim Kardashian Fan Claims SKIMS Bodysuit Saved Her Life After Being Shot Four Times: ‘It Literally Kept Me From Bleeding Out’

Looks like reality TV star Kim Kardashian’s fashion brand is quite literally saving lives.

Reportedly, a woman named Angelina ‘Nina’ Wiley recently went viral after sharing a wild tale about how her SKIMS bodysuit kept her from dying.

According to reports, the 22-year-old Kansas City native posted a video explaining the incident to her Tik Tok account back in May of this year. During the video — which recently went viral — Wiley said that while she was out on the town for New Year’s, four bullets hit her in the stomach as she waited for her Lyft. She stated in the video:

“Kim Kardashian saved my life…This New Year’s, I got shot four times. The night I got shot, under my dress, I was wearing a SKIMS shaping bodysuit.”

Continuing:

The young woman went on to share that she would absolutely recommend the product and planned to buy more, hailing the shape-wear as “body armor for women.” In an admiring fashion, Wiley additionally stated that while the situation may seem supernatural, she gives all the kudos to “The Kardashians” star, adding:

“Call it fate or Jesus, but Imma call it Kim.”

The video, however, is no longer available. Subsequently, Wiley shared her excitement about being acknowledged by one of her favorite celebs and revealed the brand reached out to send her some products from their collection. She reportedly told news outlets:

“It was definitely really exciting for me…I remember being a kid reading about Kim in PEOPLE, so to have this opportunity out of nowhere is astonishing…It’s like a childhood dream come true.”

“SKIMS actually reached out to me via Instagram today…and they’re sending me some of their favorite pieces. I’m so excited”

It seems like the heroic SKIMS story comes at a perfect time for the growing company. As we reported earlier this month, Kardashian has been speaking with several hedge fund investors and raising capital so she can take the company public in the near future. It was reported that the company’s estimated valuation is nearing $4 billion dollars, and reportedly secured nearly $1 billion in profits this year alone.
