Megan Thee Stallion Shares Emotional Video Thanking Beyoncé For The Chance To Join Her For ‘Renaissance’ Tour Stops In Houston

Megan Thee Stallion recently gave fans a recap of her epic performances onstage with Beyoncé.

In a TikTok post uploaded today (Sept. 26), rap artist Megan Thee Stallion, 28, addressed the opportunity she received to perform alongside multi-Grammy Award-winning singer Beyoncé, 42. In case you didn’t know, Megan Thee Stallion joined Beyoncé as a surprise guest performer at two of her recent sold-out “Renaissance” tour stops over the weekend. The entertainers took the stage at the NRG Stadium in their shared home state of Texas. During the two-night event, they performed their #1 hit “Savage Remix,” which earned the rapper one of her first Grammy wins back in 2021.

In the TikTok clip, an excited Megan, real name Megan Pete, showed her fans a closer look at her time on stage with her “idol.” The rap star said,

“[…] B*tch I will never shut the f*ck up because I performed with Beyoncé! Y’all don’t know how many times I have cried this got d*mn weekend. Like, y’all don’t understand Beyoncé is my idol, like, I really genuinely love Beyoncé with my whole f*cking heart.”

At one point in the video, Megan mentioned that her late mother — who passed away in March 2019 — was a huge fan of Beyoncé as well. She shared,

“Oh my God. Like, I would never not be Beyoncé’s number one fan. So anyways, back to the crying. Y’all me and my mama are such huge fans of Beyoncé. My whole life I was like, ‘You know what, I want to be the rap Beyoncé.’ And to get the opportunity to get onstage with the woman that I love. Like, the woman that is the woman of all the womens. I was up there with Beyoncé, b*tch, y’all got me f*cked up.”

Megan continued,

“So anyways, I got up there again, night two. Got d*mn, oh my God, look at Beyoncé back there cutting up! This is really Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé onstage. What is happening in the world? Y’all h*es done f*cked up!”

She added,

“I love you Beyoncé! Bye.”

It seems Megan isn’t playing around when she said she’s Beyoncé’s number one fan. Allegedly, the Houston rapper pulled out of a previously booked engagement in order to be available for the “Renaissance” concert.  According to reports, Megan was set to headline the Global Citizen Festival in NYC’s Central Park this past weekend but dropped out after Beyoncé invited her to perform.
