Update: Diddy’s Son Justin Combs Avoids Jail Time In DUI Case, Sentenced To 3 Years Probation

Update #2: (Oct. 9, 2023): Justin Combs has managed to avoid jail time for his DUI arrest.

As previously reported, over the summer the 29-year-old was arrested in Los Angeles for driving under the influence. He was ultimately charged with two misdemeanors for the DUI and for having a blood alcohol content (BAC) higher than 0.08%.

According to new reports, the son of music mogul Diddy pleaded no contest to the BAC charge, and the other charge of driving under the influence was dropped. Under the plea deal, Justin Combs has been ordered to three years of summary probation and he must,

“enroll and participate in and successfully complete a 3-month licensed first-offender alcohol and other drug education and counseling program.”

Update #1: (Jul. 3, 2023): New details surrounding Justin Combs’ recent DUI arrest have been released.

As previously reported, last month Justin Combs made headlines after being arrested for driving under the influence. The traffic stop stemmed from officers witnessing Justin Combs run a red light. According to an LAPD spokesperson,

“He was put through a sobriety test that he failed.” 

Well, it looks like the 29-year-old has been charged for his actions.

According to RadarOnline, on June 27, a criminal case was filed against Justin.

He reportedly received two misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence and for having a blood alcohol content (BAC) higher than 0.08% or more. As of now, his pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 10.

Sean Diddy Combs’ son Justin Combs was reportedly arrested in LA for a DUI this morning. According to TMZ, Combs was arrested near Beverly Hills after police saw someone run a red light.

When police approached the car they found Combs as the driver. After police searched the vehicle law enforcement ruled there was enough probable cause to arrest Combs. Combs bond was set at $5k. No further details have been released.
