Matt Barnes is ready to show the ins and outs of his life since stepping away from the basketball court.
Today (Dec. 11) WEtv announced that a new reality series centered around Matt Barnes and his fiancée Anansa Sims is coming to a TV near you. A brief synopsis of the series shared on the network’s social accounts reads,
“He Shoots, WE scores! ? #TheBarnesBunch follows NBA champion, [Matt Barnes] and his fiancée, [Anansa Sims] as they navigate blending their over-the-top families while making their way to the alter [SIC]. Coming soon to @WEtv and @WatchALLBLK!”

As previously reported, last December Matt Barnes proposed to his then-girlfriend Anansa Sims after reportedly dating for more than five years. In addition to their son, Ashton, who was born in 2019, their blended family consists of Matt’s twin sons, Isiah and Carter, – whom he shares with “Basketball Wives” alum Gloria Govan – and Anansa Sims’ three children, Ava Brielle, David Bernard, and Benjamin – whom she shares with ex-husband David Patterson.

The couple seems to be in a great place as of late, but unfortunately, that hasn’t always been the case. In 2020, during one of their breakup episodes, the love birds took a few shots at one another online and Anansa even filed for a restraining order against Matt. Thankfully, they were able to work everything out and the following year they announced they were back together.

No word just yet on when you can watch the series but it will be available on WEtv and ALLBLK.
