‘Married To Medicine’ Star Dr. Heavenly Kimes Says Rumors Of The Series Being Canceled Soon Are ‘Not True!’

Looks like Bravo has no plans on pulling the plug on one of its hit series.

Recently a popular X account dedicated to keeping up with US and UK reality TV and pop culture news claimed that the higher-ups over at Bravo have decided to end “Married To Medicine” after the upcoming reunion special for season 10.

According to the account,

“A new blind item suggests that #Married2Med is getting axed after the current season wraps.”

As expected, many were shocked by the unconfirmed news, with one person writing,

“WTF their ratings are higher some of these HWs shows”

Another fan of the show said,

“Now yall tweeting anything for engagement”

Some viewers even tagged ladies of the series in hopes of getting a direct answer about the cancelation allegations. Dr. Heavenly Kimes, who initially started on the show as a guest before joining the main cast for season two, answered questions from fans about the status of “Married To Medicine” today (Feb. 26). She shared,

“Now yall know this is not true! [red heart emojis] #married2med”

“Married To Medicine” was created by Mariah Huq and first premiered in 2013. As recently reported, the current cast — which consists of Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, Lateasha Lunceford, “RHOA” alum Phaedra Parks, and Dr. Alicia Egolum — recently came together to film the reunion special for season 10.
