Miley Cyrus ‘Had No Idea’ Her Mother’s Husband Had A Previous Relationship w/ Her Younger Sister, Noah Cyrus, Insider Says

Miley Cyrus apparently had no clue that her mother’s new husband had a previous relationship with her younger sister, Noah Cyrus.

According to an insider, singer/actress Miley Cyrus, 31, “had no idea” about the troubles surrounding her sister Noah Cyrus, mother Tish Cyrus, and her mom’s new husband, actor Dominic Purcell. Last week, it was alleged that the entertainer’s younger sister, Noah Cyrus, 24, and Dominic Purcell, 54, dated before his marriage to Tish Cyrus, 56.

The pair reportedly tied the knot in Miley Cyrus’ backyard — who was the maid-of-honor in the ceremony — in August 2023. When news of the so-called love triangle broke, a source claimed Noah “was offended” that her mother married Dominic Purcell following her fling with the “Prison Break” actor, which seems to be the reason why Noah did not attend the ceremony.

In a new report about the incident, an insider shared,

“Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married.” 

The insider noted that the “Hannah Montana” star recently confronted her mom about the situation regarding her new stepfather.

They said,

“She thinks it’s a strange situation, but she loves her mom and wants her to be happy.”

While it’s speculated that Noah and Dominic were in an alleged relationship, the two reportedly intermittently hooked up and called things off before he and Tish Cyrus embarked on a relationship of their own.

A source said,

“Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends with benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up.” 

In addition, the source noted that,

“Tish knew he had been seeing Noah.”

Tish’s new marriage comes a year after her ex-husband, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, filed for divorce in April 2022. The former couple was married for 28 years and share five children.
