Despite their determination to steer clear of divorce, Hollywood A-listers, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s friends are reportedly showing no confidence regarding the future of the power couple’s marriage.

According to a source close to the couple’s inner circle,

“Will’s money keeps Jada living in the style she’s accustomed to. But to their friends, this is a sham that’s going to explode at some point.”

During a recent interview, Jada Pinkett Smith reportedly made a cryptic confession indicating that she and her Oscar-winning husband are “together in the way that works for us.”

You may recall that last year Jada made headlines for infamously revealing she and Will Smith had reconciled after living separately since 2016. She added at the time,

“There’s no divorce on paper. We really have been working hard. That’s the whole thing. We are working very hard at bringing our relationship together. Back to a life partnership.”

Nonetheless, an insider recently claimed that close friends of the Smiths feel their reconciliation is merely a facade, speculating that the couple’s pride prevents them from acknowledging the end of their 26-year marriage, particularly given their busy schedules and separate pursuits.

The source stated,

“Will’s going to be off doing projects and planning more adventures in the Amazon, where he caught anacondas for his new National Geographic documentary Pole to Pole.” 

They also said that Jada Pinkett Smith is reportedly exploring other endeavors, notably involving painting. Adding,

“Will and Jada have little in common and don’t even seem to LIKE each other!”

They continued, noting,

“Will and Jada are putting on a united front, ending their seven-year separation and choosing to live under the same roof once again.”

The insider further disclosed that the couple’s intimate circle of friends harbored doubts about them purportedly living under the same roof again, especially in the aftermath of Will Smith’s sex scandal, which reportedly had a significant impact on the ‘Set It Off’ actress.

The source continued,

“They are openly declaring their commitment to each other, portraying themselves as a happy couple after the recent messy revelations about their relationship.”
