Big Sean went on to say he almost missed the 2024 Rolling Loud festival because of the contagious virus. As expected, the news sparked fans to ponder why he still attended if he’s recovering, given that the virus can quickly spread to others.

Meanwhile, other fans speculated he allegedly got the virus because he ate his girlfriend and singer Jhene Aiko’s “booty like groceries,” which is lyrics from her famous 2014 single “Post To Be.”

Below is how other fans reacted:

According to the CDC, if you’re unfamiliar with Norovirus, sometimes called the “stomach flu” or “stomach bug,” it is a contagious virus that causes vomiting, headache, fever, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. You can prevent Norovirus by washing your hands often, among other things.

The Celebrity Constellation and its 2,056 passengers departed on a nine-night cruise in January. According to the CDC, 100 passengers—92 guests and eight crew—had reported being sick by the end of the cruise, marking the first Norovirus outbreak on a cruise ship in 2024.

In 2023, three of the 13 norovirus outbreaks aboard cruise ships 2023 were on Celebrity cruise ships, including an outbreak in May 2023 that infected almost 200 passengers onboard the Celebrity Summit.
