Jennifer Lopez is getting ruthlessly mocked after a clip of her went viral over the weekend.

In a resurfaced segment of 73 Questions With Jennifer Lopez, the pop star was asked to share a popular saying in New York as well as her go-to bodega order. The 54-year-old’s response was met with much criticism from social media users, in particular from New York natives.

In the footage, Jennifer Lopez noted that her favorite Bronx bodega order was a ham and cheese on a roll, a small bag of chips, and an orange drink. However, the entertainer didn’t exactly specify what kind of chips and drink she was referring to.

Following the clip sparking a conversation amongst New Yorkers online, some users expressed their doubt in the songstress’ authenticity.

A user who goes by the name Alex Duncan on TikTok posted a video in response to Jennifer Lopez’s comments and wrote,

“Jlo please leave us, the Bronx and the hood alone. PLEASE”

People made their way to the comment section of the video to share their thoughts, with one TikTok user writing,

“Had she said a ‘chopped cheese’ I might have believed her. MIGHT.”

Another user added,

“Born & Raised in The Bronx, idk what orange drink she’s referring to… AT ALL”

One simply wrote,
