Kanye West Accused Of Making Antisemitic Statements To Donda Academy Staffers & Referring To Himself As Hitler ‘Minus The Gas Chambers’ In New Lawsuit
More allegations about rap star Kanye West’s time leading Donda Academy have come to light in a new lawsuit.
According to reports, a new complaint filed against the musician doubles down on allegations that he spread Jewish hate speech among his employees and threatened to cut off students’ hair and lock them in cages.

The lawsuit was reportedly filed earlier today (April 2nd) by a former Donda Academy staffer named Trevor Phillips. In the complaint, Phillips alleged to have a text from West, 46, comparing himself to Adolf Hitler “minus the gas chambers.” As you may recall, the 24x Grammy Award winner suffered a huge blow to his finances and industry status after making similar comments during a string of press appearances many felt were antisemitic over the past few years. His remarks ultimately cost him his lucrative partnerships with Adidas and GAP, effectively ending his billionaire standing and eventually resulting in the closing of his Christian school Donda Academy.
Elsewhere in the complaint, Phillips reportedly alleged that the musician once imitated the appearance of masturbation during a one-on-one meeting they had. Allegedly, the incident happened while they were in a hotel room in Southern California where West was watching The Batman on mute. Phillips said he was hired to work for West’s Yeezy brand in 2022, and further accused him of discriminating against Black employees, forcing them to work on school renovations without permits and threatening to fire them for being “fat.” If you recall, several Donda Academy staffers filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against West after the school closed over similar accusations.

Specifically, Phillips claimed he became the target of West’s aggression during a Sunday Service gathering where, “in front of dozens of people,” he was angrily fired by West over issues with the school’s garden. Phillips alleged to have tearfully pleaded with the entertainer for his job and his daughter’s enrollment at the school, to which West allegedly responded by hurling insults about him and his child, and allegedly told Phillips “I was going to punch you in the face.”

Phillips also accused West of “gloating” about spending $2 million of the school’s budget money on a trip to Paris. He’s suing for at least $35,000 in damages for discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other claims. West has continued to deny all allegations made by his former staff, previously motioning a court judge to dismiss the lawsuits. It has not been reported that a judge has ruled on the latest complaint from Phillips at this time.
