Diddy’s Son Christian Combs Sued For Sexual Assault, Accused Of Drugging & Groping Yacht Worker During One Of His Father’s Parties
The son of music mogul Diddy has officially been served with a sexual assault lawsuit.
After theJasmineBrand’s exclusive report of a forthcoming lawsuit earlier this week, a woman named Gracie O’Marcaigh filed the suit against Christian Combs alleging he was sexually inappropriate with her during one of his father’s yacht events.

O’Marcaigh reportedly filed the complaint in Los Angeles earlier this week. She alleges that a few days ahead of New Year 2022, she was working as a steward on the party boat rented by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and encountered his son Christian Combs, who allegedly took an “uncomfortable” interest in her. O’Marcaigh says later into the evening, the 26-year-old had her to take shots with him, which she says she immediately suspected were spiked, before he began attempting to kiss and grope her despite her rejections.
The boat worker says she was ultimately able to fend him off, but claims to have suffered more unwarranted advances later on. She says while she was in a studio with Christian Combs he attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him. During the scuffle, O’Marcaigh says she documented audio files of her telling him no, which she reportedly presented in the lawsuit. Additionally, the plaintiff claims Combs tried to force her into sex again later on after he asked her for help finding somewhere to sleep. She says she led him to the theater where he allegedly bruised her in an alleged attempt to sexually assault her, photos of which she also included.

O’Marcaigh stated she was able to escape Combs‘ alleged attack, but has since suffered mentally and emotionally. She is suing for an undisclosed amount in damages. As we reported in our exclusive, O’Marcaigh is being represented by Tyrone Blackburn – the lawyer who is also representing producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones in his sexual abuse lawsuit against Combs‘ father Diddy. In earlier coverage of this story, we reported that Lil Rod also cites this same yacht event as the place where he was allegedly molested by actor Cuba Gooding Jr.

Elsewhere in her suit, just as Jones previously alleged, O’Marcaigh reportedly added that Diddy had “sex workers” on board, and says his former fling Caresha ‘Yung Miami’ Brownlee was there. O’Marcaigh says that the incident was filmed by Hulu cameras, which could possibly explain previous reports that Diddy had to be removed from the City Girls rapper’s upcoming reality series.

At this time, it does not appear any of the Combs family members have commented publicly on the newest lawsuit. However, their attorney slammed the complaint, stating:
“We have not seen this woman’s claim but I’m sure we can expect the same kind of manufactured lies we’ve come to expect from Tyrone Blackburn and his clients, just as we saw in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit – which has yet to be served.”
