Drake’s Toronto Mansion Involved In 3rd Police Related Incident This Week After Trespasser Attempted To Access His Home
Rap super star Drake’s home has been the target of multiple police related incidents over this past week.
Most recently, a trespasser was detained at the musician’s Toronto residence after reportedly getting into an altercation with his security guard.
The incident reportedly took place last week (Thursday, May 9th) around 3:30pm. Toronto police say they were called to the $100 million residence after an attendant of the home reported that someone unauthorized was walking around the property. When authorities arrived, the trespasser was reportedly arguing with Drake’s security and was subsequently taken to the hospital. At this time it remains unclear what the individual’s intentions were and their identity has not been released.

The latest altercation to happen at Drake’s home marks the 3rd incident at his property last week alone. Following the end of his famous rap beef with Kendrick Lamar, Drake’s security guard suffered a bullet wound to the chest this past Tuesday (May 7th) after an unknown assailant fired shots at the rapper’s home. The following day, Wednesday (May 8th), another unknown intruder attempted to access the residence in what police reported to be a mental health incident. It is unclear if any charges have been drawn against either intruder at this time.

It also remains unclear whether or not Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s hip-hop war had anything to do with the surge of incident’s involving his home. It has been reported, however, that the Canada native’s OVO store was also vandalized last week, with the assailant spray painting the name of Kendrick Lamar’s chart topping Drake diss-record “They Not Like Us” across the window of the store.

It does not appear that Drake himself has commented on any of the incidents publicly at this time.
