Foxy Brown Reportedly Wanted As Witness In Tupac Murder Trial Against Keefe D

According to reports, prosecutors are actively seeking rapper Foxy Brown to serve as a pivotal witness in the ongoing murder trial of rap icon Tupac Shakur.

Foxy Brown, 45, born Inga DeCarlo Fung Marchand, is reportedly mentioned to have been in Las Vegas with associates of Duane “Keefe D” Davis on Sept. 7, 1996, shortly before Tupac Shakur was fatally shot by members of the Southside Crip gang.

Sources cited by the U.S. Sun reveal that the Clark County District Attorney’s office is assembling a list of witnesses to bolster their claim that Keefe D was present in Las Vegas and played a role in orchestrating the assassination.

Several informants have reportedly stated that Foxy Brown crossed paths with Keefe D and his associates just hours before Tupac was shot.

According to an insider familiar with the situation, as reported by the U.S. Sun,

“There are secret and delicate conversations going on about Foxy being a witness at the trial. She could prove vital in taking the stand or even making a statement about her recollection of being around the men, who claim they were in her company for a short while before they set off to murder Tupac.”

For almost three decades, Tupac’s fans have sought justice. A major development occurred in September 2023 with the arrest of Keefe D, who had openly admitted involvement in Shakur’s murder for years.

In his memoir Compton Street Legend, Keefe D recounted the events of that fateful night. He alleged that he supplied the firearm to his nephew, Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, who fired the fatal shot. Keefe D claimed that the motive behind the attack was an offer by rapper Diddy to eliminate Tupac and Suge Knight.

Even though Keefe D had confessed multiple times, it wasn’t until September 30, 2023, that authorities arrested him at his residence. Subsequently, his defense argued that his previous statements were made for fame and financial gain.

Additionally, Keefe D’s defense has reportedly identified former record executive Suge Knight as a key witness. However, Suge Knight, currently in prison, is hesitant to testify. His testimony could benefit Keefe D’s defense.
