Tupac Murder Suspect Keefe D Allegedly Went Undercover For Cops In Bid To Implicate Diddy In Rapper’s Death
UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Diddy was never a suspect in the Tupac murder investigation, and that remains true today. In other words … it’s clear cops weren’t buying what Keefe D was selling about Puff, and didn’t deem his claim as credible.
New court documents have allegedly implicated Diddy in Tupac’s murder.
Keefe D, who’s currently charged with orchestrating the rapper’s death, reportedly claimed the media mogul offered him a hefty sum to carry out the killing.

According to The Sun, court documents recently submitted by the prosecution said that Keefe D, real name Duane Davis, has been a “confidential police informant” for years. Reportedly, he began working with detectives and sharing information about his involvement in the 1996 shooting of Tupac Shakur, after he was busted for “trafficking a large amount of drugs.” He allegedly told detectives in a recorded confession that Sean “Diddy” Combs offered him $1 million to carry out the murder.

Allegedly, the money was paid to a man named Eric “Zip” Martin. Prosecutors also noted that Keefe D traveled to New York in 2009 to corroborate the conspiracy to kill the hip-hop icon. As you may know, suspicion of Diddy’s involvement in Tupac’s death has been circulating for years. Rapper 50 Cent, a known adversary of Diddy, even publicly questioned his involvement in the crime after the case was re-opened last year.

Diddy has also been suspected of being involved in the killing of his own friend and artist, hip-hop titan Biggie Smalls. Keefe reportedly denied having any knowledge of that matter. Prosecutors said what Keefe did do, however, was give them the plan to kill Tupac in great detail, and also claimed to have evidence of a conversation he had with the man who was given the reward money. Their document read:
“Mr. Martin [Zip] greeted Defendant excitedly and they had a social conversation.”

It added:
“Mr. Martin indicated he was out of the business but directed him to conduct his drug activities with the nephew. Thereafter, Defendant and Mr. Martin socialized in Mr. Martin’s restaurant for several hours.”
Despite his attempts at bail, Keefe reportedly remains behind bars while he waits for the trial of Tupac’s murder to begin. Diddy has not been officially charged in connection to the murder at this time. As you may know the REVOLT founder certainly has other concerns, as he’s also facing a number of sexual assault lawsuits. His latest accusation of trafficking and grooming came from a former adult film star named Adria English who filed a legal complaint against Diddy earlier this month.
