Boosie Calls On Kamala Harris & Donald Trump For Presidential Pardon Amid Gun Case: ‘I Need A Pardon From Whoever Wins!’
Boosie wants a presidential pardon, no matter who wins in 2024.
The rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Aug. 31 to vent his frustrations and plead for a pardon from either Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump.

In his tweet, Boosie explained his situation, referencing a dismissed case that was quickly overturned:
“MY CASE GOT DISMISSED FOR A RULING THAT WAS MADE N THE 9th CIRCUIT COURT .2 WEEKS LATER THE RULING GETS VACATED.SMH SOON AS I CELEBRATE THE LAW IS VACATED GTFOH I GOT SOME POWERFUL PEOPLE WHO HATE ME WITH EVERY BONE N THEY BODY. I WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR 10 YEARS FOR 3rd MARIJUANA. FOR BEING A USER LOL NO REHAB ,NO PROBATION SENT STRAIGHT TO PRISON .AT THIS POINT I NEED A PARDEN FROM WHOEVER WINS @VP @realDonaldTrump”
Boosie’s legal troubles date back to May 2023 when he was arrested on gun possession charges in San Diego, just miles away from a scheduled performance. Although the charges were initially dismissed due to a federal court ruling that extended Second Amendment rights to felons, a grand jury re-indicted him a week later. The new charges accuse him of illegally possessing firearms while dealing with substance abuse issues.
Boosie has openly expressed his frustration over the legal battles, stating that he feels targeted and unfairly treated by the justice system.
In a previous post, he claimed,
“THIS SHOWS HOW FAR THESE DEVILS WILL GO TO TRY N STOP A SUCCESSFUL BLACK MAN WITH A VOICE.”

He also accused the prosecutor of having a personal vendetta against him, citing instances where they allegedly mocked him during court proceedings.
Along with Boosie’s recent plea to Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, the rapper faces more challenges as he abruptly canceled his Labor Day show in Phoenix, Arizona, citing “unforeseen circumstances.” In an Instagram post, he apologized to fans, promised updates on a rescheduled date, and expressed gratitude for their continued support.
