Donald Glover Postpones Remaining North American Tour Dates To Focus On His Physical Health
Donald Glover is making sure his health is in order before finishing the final leg of his tour in North America.
Donald Glover, also known by his stage name Childish Gambino, recently announced that he was taking a break in the midst of his “New World” tour to prioritize his health.
Earlier today (Sept. 9), Donald Glover took to X (formally Twitter) to pen a message to his fans that he’s postponing the remaining North American dates to “focus on my physical health.”
He wrote,
“hey everyone. unfortunately i have to postpone the rest of the north american tour to focus on my physical health for a few weeks. hold onto your tickets. ALL tickets will be honored for the upcoming dates in north america when they are rescheduled. thanks for the privacy. thanks for the support. thanks for the love.”

The farewell concert tour is part of Glover’s self-proclaimed “final” project from his Childish Gambino persona. At the time of his announcement, the North American run had a month remaining. It’s reported that the entertainer is the main focus of the show for nearly 90 minutes and the physical activity to perform is demanding. It’s also noted that the technology for the show is advanced, which means that it will be expensive to postpone.
