Nicki Minaj Blasted By Concert Goer For Allegedly Arriving To The Show Extremely Late: ‘Don’t Bring Yo A** Back To Buffalo Doing This Dumb Sh*t’

Fans of rap super star Nicki Minaj who attended her recent tour stop in Buffalo, New York were allegedly disappointed by the late start.

One attendee took to social media to air out her frustrations, slamming the musician for keeping the eager crowd waiting.

In a video posted to social media, the woman showed the packed out KeyBank Center and revealed the empty stage before stating:

“11:33 and we’re sitting here f***ing bored,”

She continued:

“Nicki Minaj don’t bring yo a** back to Buffalo doing this dumb sh*t, this sh*ts boring.” 

After criticizing Nicki Minaj, real name Onika Tanya Miraj, 41, further for apparently not having the DJ “hyping up the crowd,” the woman furthered:

“We’re literally sitting here like we’re ready to go home, I should not feel like this at a concert…Absolutely not, I’m ready to go home.”

In case you didn’t know, Minaj is currently on the second leg of her ongoing ‘Pink Friday 2’ tour which kicked off on the 4th of this month. Her stop in Buffalo, New York took place this past Thursday (September 12th), which she celebrated afterwards on social media. Sharing her affection for the city, she wrote alongside several still from the performance:

“#GagCityBUFFALO NY WAS LAST NIGHT & I LOVE YALL SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!! I think I used to be out in Buffalo back in the day getting a bag here & there. Always been the realest. I love & appreciate you guys for the energy you gave me last night. I hope to see you again soon.”

At this time it doesn’t appear that Minaj has reacted to frustrations about that specific show allegedly starting late, though she did seem to address general chatter about the duration of her concerts, why she continuously changes her setlist, as well as explained little about the technicalities of what it takes to put on a “high level” show. In one post to X (formerly Twitter), the musician wrote:

“Doors open: 8 NO ARTIST IS ALLOWED TO GO ON BEFORE 9PM…STAGE CUT OFF IS 1AM THERE ARE 5 ACTS ON #GagCityTOUR…DJ SECTION = a section that will CHANGE FOR EVERY SHOW. AUTHENTIC. IMPROMPTU. if something will change every show = won’t be same on any show. If you are asking in a “serious” way why you didn’t “GET” a song that another city got, time travel yo narrow a** to the days where you wouldn’t have already seen 40 shows on IG LIVE FOR FREE. Pay for those free shows or sitcho silly tail self down & be surprised. Be in the moment. This ain’t a fkng juke box. I just performed 81MM worth of “fallin 4 u”. If you do the same exact show they’d say it’s the same show! If you make changes, they comparing & being ungrateful.”

She added in a subsequent post:

“This ain’t the mthfkn opera, user reggibivv. It’s a HIGH LEVEL 4 HOUR ICONIC MASTER FKNG PIECE MASTER FKNG CLASS HIP HOP SHOW HEADLINED BY THE QUEEN, NIGG@!!!!!“
