Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Claims A Person “More High Profile” Than Him Is Being Extorted For Appearing In One Of His Freak-Off Videos

The public may soon learn the name of at least one famous person who allegedly participated in one of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ infamous “freak-off” parties.

According to lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who is representing one of the alleged assault victims suing the embattled hip-hop veteran, 54, video evidence from one of the events is being shopped around in Hollywood and features an appearance from a person the attorney says is arguably “more high-profile” than Diddy.

Mitchell-Kidd discussed the matter during a recent interview with Banfield on NewsNation where she claimed the individual who has the video contacted her in attempt to broker a sale for the celebrity featured in the footage. She stated:

‘There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video.’…I can tell the video was pornographic.”

She continued:

“This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,”

The lawyer insisted that she wasn’t able to disclose the name of the individual at this time, but says the video “is real” and that there’s “no question” that the celebrity is who it is.

As previously reported, on September 16, 2024, Combs was arrested by U.S. Homeland Security investigators in Manhattan after he was indicted by a grand jury.

He is charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. During his first court appearance at a Manhattan federal courthouse on September 17, 2024, Combs pled not guilty. During this court appearance, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied Combs bail and ordered for him to remain to jail.

His attorneys offered a $50 million bond, but on September 18, a second judge, Andrew L. Carter Jr., also denied bail, as he is concerned about potential witnesses being threatened or intimidated.

Combs is detained in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. On September 24, a woman filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging Combs and his head of security drugged her, bound her, and raped her in 2001 when she was 25 years old.
