John Amos’ daughter Shannon Amos revealed this morning (Oct. 2) that she found out about her father’s death the same way the rest of the world did, a statement released on Tuesday from her estranged brother K.C. Amos.
Last year Shannon Amos accused her brother of subjecting their dad to elder abuse. However, K.C. Amos, who was John’s caregiver, denied the claims. John also spoke out a few times against the allegations. An investigation was opened, however, in April the case was closed due to a lack of evidence.
Continued prayers for John Amos’ family, friends and fans.
