The iconic rapper announced that he will be celebrating four years of sobriety soon.
In a video shared on social media Thursday (October 10), Flavor Flav celebrated World Mental Health Day and explained,
“October is an important month for my mental health. Next week, I am 4 years sober from alcohol. And today is mental health awareness day. My mental health is an important part of my sobriety journey.”
Flavor Flav added,
“I talk to a therapist. In fact, I talk to two. I gots a crazy schedule and travels, my manager recommended trying out Sonia – an AI therapist that has been there for me like Janet Jackson says – Any Time Any Place.”
He credited the AI therapist app and offered to gift fans with subscriptions as they navigate their own mental health journey.
