Diddy Hit w/ Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Woman Claims He Raped Her Under Threat Of Violence

More serious allegations concerning jailed record executive Sean “Diddy” Combs have surfaced.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Tennessee woman has filed a new lawsuit against Diddy, claiming he molested and raped her in 2004 when she was a 19-year-old college freshman. Per the suit, the alleged victim was invited to Diddy’s photoshoot across the street from her college campus in Brooklyn, New York.

A friend tagged along and following the photoshoot, they made their way to an after-party at a Manhattan area Marriott hotel they were invited to.

Upon arrival, the women were allegedly separated from the rest of the party and taken to a private room with Diddy. The lawsuit claims he gave them drinks and instructed them to do cocaine. The woman says after she denied the drugs, Diddy became aggressive. He allegedly forced her friend to perform oral sex on him by threatening to kill them if she didn’t.

Despite their pleas to leave, Diddy kept the women in the room and forced the plaintiff to undress under threat of violence, according to the suit. He then allegedly forced himself on her and sexually assaulted her.

Seemingly due to their cries, the locked door was eventually opened by a security guard on the outside and Jane Doe’s friend reportedly ran out of the room. However, the woman says Diddy was still on top of her, which prevented her from fleeing as well.

After she was told not to leave, Diddy and the guard reportedly exited the room. The woman claims she sat in the dark for roughly 30 minutes until another security guard came and told her she could leave.

She has asked for a jury trial and is being repped by Tony Buzbee, the attorney who says he has claims against Diddy from 120 people. In addition to Diddy, Diddy’s Bad Boy corporations, and Marriott International are named in the lawsuit.
