Reportedly, a preliminary autopsy issued by government officials revealed that the third-story fall resulted in multiple injuries including “internal and external hemorrhage.” It’s noted that the toxicology report is still pending, and the investigation is still ongoing.
Hotel workers at the Buenos Aires hotel where Liam Payne was staying reportedly frantically called the police in the moments leading up to his passing, reporting that one of their guests was “overwhelmed” by drugs and alcohol. Allegedly, they also claimed that they hadn’t been able to enter his room for several days.
While it’s still unclear what was happening in the room prior to his passing, photos of the scene showed a destroyed television, as well as broken debris spread across the floor.
We continue to keep Payne’s family and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
