This legal saga has been lengthy for the former couple, who were married from 2013 until their divorce was finalized in 2023. In recent court documents, Halle requested the judge’s intervention, claiming that Olivier was trying to take time off from therapy. The judge ruled in Halle’s favor but noted that Olivier had already complied with her request prior to the court proceedings.

Additionally, the judge has mandated that both Halle and Olivier refrain from discussing child custody matters with their 11-year-old son, Maceo, as well as avoiding any negative comments about each other or their significant others in front of him.
