Lizzo & Lana Del Rey Feud Turns Out To Be Fake
Screenshots of a supposed back-and-forth feud between Lizzo and Lana Del Rey have been making waves, but turns out—it’s all fake.
The screenshots, which circulated on social media, appeared to show the two artists exchanging heated comments on TikTok, with Lizzo allegedly writing, “I’d like to see you back on the charts,” and Lana replying, “I would love to see you run on treadmill.”
After going viral, it was revealed that the posts were manufactured by the satirical X account Drop Pop. The tweet now includes a community note clarifying,
“Lana Del Rey and Lizzo are not currently feuding on TikTok. Drop Pop is a satirical account, as seen in their bio.”
