Philadelphia Man Sues Frontier Airlines After Scolding Hot Water ‘Disfigures’ Private Area During Flight
A Frontier Airlines passenger, Sean Miller, has filed a lawsuit claiming he suffered severe burns and disfiguring scars on his genitals after a cup of scalding hot water spilled on his lap during a flight. Miller alleges the water was served negligently, filled to the brim, leading to the spill.
He reports injuries including discoloration, reduced sensation, and lasting damage to his genital area. He is seeking at least $150,000 in damages.
