Kanye West Accused Of S*xual Misconduct & Str*ngulation By ‘ANTM’ Alum Jenn An
Kanye West is facing serious allegations of s*xual misconduct and str*ngulation from America’s Next Top Model alum Jenn An.
According to legal documents, An filed a lawsuit against West on November 23, accusing him of ass*ult during the filming of La Roux’s 2009 music video “In for the K*ll” at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City.
An claims that West arrived on set with his entourage, took control of production, and ordered the models to line up for evaluation. She alleges he pointed at her and said,
“Give me the Asian girl.”
In the lawsuit, An describes being directed to sit next to West in lingerie on a couch in front of crew members. When she expressed discomfort, he allegedly replied,
“That’s why I chose you.”
An claims West then ch*ked her, smothered her face, and gagged her with his fingers while simulating forced oral s*x. During the incident, West reportedly said,
“This is art. This is f****** art. I am like Picasso.”
An is seeking punitive damages, legal fees, and compensation for mental, emotional, and physical distress under New York’s Gender Motivated Violence Act.
