Blogger Milagro Gramz Seeks Dismissal Of Megan Thee Stallion’s Cyberstalking Lawsuit
Milagro Gramz is pushing back against Megan Thee Stallion’s recent lawsuit.
Megan filed a cyberstalking suit on October 30, accusing Gramz of spreading false statements and insults about her online, and the blogger is now asking a judge to throw out the case.
In a motion filed Tuesday (November 26), Gramz’s legal team claimed the lawsuit “lacks the facts to back up her claims” and “reads more like a press release than a legal document.”

The motion claims Megan is using the courts “to intimidate and silence” critics, with Gramz’s attorneys arguing that the suit suggests simply liking, linking to, or discussing an online post about a public figure could be considered criminal.
