Drake’s petition against Universal Music Group (UMG) is moving forward as a hearing date has been set for Dec. 20. Drake recently filed a petition against UMG, alleging that the company and Spotify used avenues like bots and payola to push Kendrick Lamar’s diss record “Not Like Us” into being a mega success.
