Plies Speaks Out Against Double Standards Following The Presidential Election
Plies recently took to X to get some things off his chest.
Yesterday (Dec. 8) the 48-year-old rapper called out people who voted “a certain way” in the election but is now criticizing others over their “character, principles and morals.” He wrote,
“If U Voted A Certain Way In This Past Election U Don’t Get To Lecture People About Character, Principles & Morals! U Gave That Up With Your Vote. If It Didn’t Matter During The Election Dont Try & Lecture People With The Bullsh*t Now! It Didn’t Matter Then It Shouldn’t Matter Now”

While Plies didn’t exactly explain what prompted his first post, this morning (Dec. 9) he followed up with,
“Wait So Now America Cares About Allegations?? They Just Didn’t Care About Them Last Month!!!! So What Changed In 30 Dayz?”
His posts come after shocking reports that Jay-Z was named in a sexual assault lawsuit alongside Diddy, allegations the Roc Nation founder quickly denied. They also follow the recent presidential election. Despite the serious allegations and legal troubles surrounding Donald Trump, he still emerged victorious over Kamala Harris.
What are your thoughts on what Plies had to say?
