Caitlin Clark is making history as Time’s Athlete of the Year for 2024.
From leading Iowa to the national championship game to being selected No. 1 in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, Clark’s year has established her as a trailblazer in women’s basketball.

Clark’s success also helped drive record-breaking ratings for the NCAA Tournament, while her rivalry with Angel Reese has kept fans talking. Clark, however, remains respectful, saying,
“We’re not best friends, by any means, but we’re very respectful of one another.”
With her impact on the game, including being named WNBA Rookie of the Year and leading the Fever to the playoffs, it’s clear Clark is shaping the future of basketball.
