Kai Cenat just made it official!

During a recent stream, the popular creator confirmed he has a girlfriend, Gabrielle Alayah, a TikToker.

Gabrielle Alayah joined Kai Cenat’s 23rd birthday celebration, surprising him with a Spider-Man-themed cake. In another clip, Kai is seen comforting her when she appeared nervous on the stream.
