Tiffany Haddish Wins $95K In Legal Fees After Defamation Lawsuit Dismissed
Tiffany Haddish has been awarded nearly $100,000 in legal fees after her former friend, Trizah Morris, lost a defamation lawsuit. The arbitrator ruled in Tiffany’s favor, determining that Trizah’s claims were baseless.

Trizah, who previously sued Tiffany and Aries Spears over allegations made by her children about being assaulted during a skit several years ago, accused them of defaming her during the legal battle.
However, the court found that a prior settlement agreement had resolved all issues and barred further claims.
Tiffany was awarded $95,198 in fees, while Aries Spears received $50,000.
