New information has surfaced in the assault case surrounding Nicki Minaj.
TMZ reports that a spokesperson for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office says they’ve gone over the arrest warrant request from the Detroit Police Department and have decided to deny it. Reportedly, this is because there wasn’t enough evidence to prove a crime was committed. However, the investigation is ongoing, which means this could change.

As reported, the “Super Bass” rapper’s former manager Brandon Garrett accused her of physical assault and threatening his life in a recent civil lawsuit. He’s suing for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Nicki, through her attorney, has denied the claims.
