O’Shea Jackson Jr. Shares Parenting Advice He Got From His Dad Ice Cube

O’Shea Jackson Jr. is opening up about the invaluable parenting advice he received from his dad, Ice Cube.

During an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” O’Shea shared that Ice Cube told him,

“Make sure she [O’Shea’s daughter] always feels like she can talk to you about something. Make sure that you’re always the avenue she can go to to express how she’s feeling, what’s going on with her, or what she’s thinking. Let her know that you’re her first protector.”

It’s clear that O’Shea has taken many cues from Ice Cube, not only in fatherhood but also in his acting career, with his latest movie “Den of Thieves 2” set to hit theaters January 10.
