Comedian Luenell Criticizes Dave Chappelle’s Plea For Trump To ‘Do Better: ‘Useless’
Comedian Luenell isn’t as optimistic about the new Trump administration as her colleague Dave Chappelle.
During a recent chat with TMZ, the comic shared that while she understands Chappelle’s passionate plea for compassion during his opening monologue for his recent SNL performance, she personally believes it’s “useless,” noting that “compassion isn’t something” Trump and his counterparts have “ever shown.”
She added about the 45th—and now 47th—President:
“We had Trump standing in front of a church with an upside-down Bible… so this is not a surprise. I expect nothing. I’m not even registering with this administration.”

She added:
“This is what people voted for…They voted for an administration filled with hate, racism, misogyny, narcissism, and… this is what we get.”
