Disgruntled Walmart Employee Fires Shots In Texas Store Parking Lot, No Injuries Reported
A former Walmart employee fired shots in the parking lot of the store in Katy on Monday afternoon.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez confirmed the incident, stating the suspect was escorted out of the store before firing towards the freeway.
Gonzalez reassured the public that there was “no further danger to the area,” and no injuries were reported. The suspect was arrested after leaving the scene. “Our District 4 patrol deputies did a remarkable job,” Gonzalez said, praising their swift response and successful apprehension of the shooter.
