Update: Associated Press has issued a public apology to Babyface after one of the publication’s interviewers cut off the legendary singer during an interview at the Grammy Awards. AP also said it apologized to Babyface privately.

Original Story: Fans and celebs are coming to Babyface’s defense after an interviewer cut him off to get fellow singer Chappell Roan’s attention on the Grammy Awards red carpet. Shawn Stockman, Dionne Warwick and Khloè Kardashian were some of the big names who called out the moment, while fans also chimed in, giving Babyface his flowers. The reporter later apologized.
