Update: (Feb 4, 2025): We now know the crazy details behind Marcus Jordan’s DUI arrest.
According to police documents obtained by TMZ Sports, on Tuesday (Feb. 4), the 34-year-old son of Michael Jordan was found around 1:14 AM with his Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks in Maitland, FL.
Officers observed signs of an attempted escape, including bumper damage and displaced rocks, indicating Marcus had tried to move the car but couldn’t. Police suspect Marcus had fled a nearby traffic stop, and during questioning, they noticed a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, along with slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes.

Despite reportedly admitting to drinking alcohol earlier in the evening while maintaining that his blood alcohol content was under the legal limit, Marcus failed three field sobriety tests. Officers also found a white powdery substance in his pocket, which tested positive for cocaine.
After a combative struggle with officers, Marcus was arrested and transported to jail, where he allegedly refused to provide breath samples. He has been booked on three charges: DUI crash with property damage, possession of cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence.
According to the report, he was released around noon EST.
